Africa Collective was present at the inaugural AfCFTA Business Forum and also organized several community gatherings around the event.

The AfCFTA Business Forum, co-hosted by the AfCFTA Secretariat and the Government of South Africa took place from 16-18 April 2023 in Cape Town, South Africa. The event is designed with the aim of accelerating the implementation of the AfCFTA and activating trade and investments. The program and activities have been curated specifically to create a private sector engagement platform and promote a private sector-friendly environment, focusing on AfCFTA Priority sectors including agro-processing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, transportation and logistics as well as digital trade.
